Job Opportunity Accounts Payable Analyst
Location: Lisbon (hybrid work model)
Start Date: As soon as possible (ASAP)

Department: Procurement & Payments Accounts Payable Team

Role Description:
We are looking for an Accounts Payable Analyst to join a Cost Accounting Operations (CAO) team, responsible for managing supplier accounting processes. The selected professional will play an active role in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in daily operations and invoice processing.

Main Responsibilities:

Ensure correct posting of invoices (General Ledger account, VAT rate, Cost Centre, Purchase Order);

Verify the completeness and accuracy of invoice information;

Analyse and communicate discrepancies between purchase orders and invoices;

Follow internal procedures and meet defined deadlines.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar role (Accounts Payable / Supplier Accounting);

Technical skills: Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office;

Language skills: Good level of English (spoken and written);

Personal profile: Detail-oriented, analytical mindset, accuracy, and strong time management skills.
